Neelima Wali is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM-1) with almost two decades of experience leading projects, developing leaders, and driving impactful communication. With a strong background in project delivery and stakeholder management, she brings a unique blend of structured execution and human-centered leadership.
Neelima is also a seasoned Toastmaster, having served in multiple leadership roles including Club President, Area Director, Division Director, District Finance Manager and currently as District Chief Judge. Her journey in Toastmasters has shaped her deep expertise in public speaking, storytelling, and leadership development.
As a life coach and founder of Thriving Aspirers, Neelima works with students and professionals to build confidence, personal brand, and self-leadership skills. She specializes in helping individuals communicate with clarity, influence, and authenticity.
