Joyjit Roy is a senior technology and program management leader with over 21 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, cloud modernization, and applied AI. His work focuses on agentic AI architectures, autonomous decision systems, cybersecurity automation, and enterprise-scale AI governance.
Currently serving in a principal-level leadership role, Joyjit leads large-scale modernization programs that integrate machine learning, intelligent automation, and Agile delivery frameworks across global enterprises. He also serves as Director of Strategy and Growth at the PMI Austin Chapter, contributing to the advancement of the global project management community.
His research and professional interests span Applied AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Multimodal AI Systems, Computer Vision, Agentic AI, Edge AI, Cybersecurity Automation, and Intelligent Workflow Orchestration. He is particularly focused on translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience.
Mr. Roy is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), and a PMP® certified professional. He actively contributes to academia and industry through research publications, peer reviews, technical judging, mentoring, and speaking engagements, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while maintaining governance, operational integrity, and execution discipline.
