I have been in the enterprise and digital technology domains for almost three decades and have vast experience in IT Industry at a global level.

I am the founder of TalentOnLease an AI driven platform for Tech Hiring.

Before starting my entrepreneurial journey as Founder www.TalentOnLease.com, I served LG India as the CIO (Chief Information Officer).

My stint at LG between 2001 and 2013 helped me transform from a mere IT Leader to an evolved and matured Business Leader with in-depth knowledge on various aspects of Management of Business, leveraging the power of IT both at strategic and tactical levels.

My contribution at LG not only fetched me recognition internally but also in the industry by way of winning several prestigious awards and accolades for the path-breaking work I'd done over the years.

The credit for this exceptional growth solely goes to LG which grew from a few millions to a whopping 3.5 Billion USD during my tenure with it.

I feel privileged to be part of the Thought Leadership of the country as my views and articles got published in all the leading magazines and national dailies such as CIO, Economic Times, Financial Express, Data Quest, Network Computing, Express Computer and many more.

I have been part of several prestigious national and international summits and conferences as expert panelist/speaker.

Joyjit Roy is a senior technology and program management leader with over 21 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, cloud modernization, and applied AI. His work focuses on agentic AI architectures, autonomous decision systems, cybersecurity automation, and enterprise-scale AI governance. 

Currently serving in a principal-level leadership role, Joyjit leads large-scale modernization programs that integrate machine learning, intelligent automation, and Agile delivery frameworks across global enterprises. He also serves as Director of Strategy and Growth at the PMI Austin Chapter, contributing to the advancement of the global project management community. 

His research and professional interests span Applied AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Multimodal AI Systems, Computer Vision, Agentic AI, Edge AI, Cybersecurity Automation, and Intelligent Workflow Orchestration. He is particularly focused on translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience. 

Mr. Roy is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), and a PMP® certified professional. He actively contributes to academia and industry through research publications, peer reviews, technical judging, mentoring, and speaking engagements, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while maintaining governance, operational integrity, and execution discipline.
